Instructions for use
The recommended dose is 1 cup of herbal tea per day, preferably in the morning.
One filter is enough for one cup of herbal tea (approx. 200 ml). Pour the boiled water into a cup containing the filter sachet and leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, keeping the cup or teapot covered so that the more volatile substances do not evaporate.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and must be accompanied by a healthy lifestyle.
