Instructions for use
It is recommended that you consume 1 cup of infusion in the evening to promote sleep, even when suffering with stress. You can also consume a cup in the morning to promote relaxation during the day, if necessary. One filter is enough for one cup of herbal tea (approx. 200ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter sachet, keeping the cup or teapot covered so that the more volatile substances do not evaporate.
Analytical studies performed as part of Aboca’s research show that Sedivitax infusion provides the optimal amounts of functional substances after 7 minutes of infusion.
