Instructions for use
- 2 to 4 ml in the evening to facilitate and improve the quality of sleep;
- as required, 1 ml in the morning to encourage relaxation throughout the day.
The product must be diluted in a little water. Since the effects may vary depending on individual sensitivity, it is recommended that you start by taking the minimum daily dose and increase as needed. Shake before use.
