Instructions for use
Recommended intake:
- 2 or 3 capsules in the evening to facilitate and improve the quality of sleep;
- as required, 1 capsule in the morning to encourage relaxation throughout the day.
Since the effects may vary depending on individual sensitivity, it is recommended that you start by taking the minimum daily dose and increase as needed.
