Instructions for use

Dissolve the content of one sachet in half a cup of water before the two main meals. Swallow the resulting beverage before a gel starts to form in the glass, and follow this immediately with an additional half glass of water.

Metarecod

You can also take Metarecod during a meal if you forget to take it before. The product must not be placed directly into the mouth, and should only be consumed once it has been mixed with water. Some meteorism may occur in the first days of use, but this will resolve itself as treatment continues. Children under 12 years of age should only take this product in the presence of an adult.

Ingredients

Complex based on polysaccharide macromolecules (NeoPolicaptil Gel Retard, 86%); natural orange and peach flavourings; gum Arabic; powdered stevia leaf. NeoPolicaptil Gel Retard is a macromolecular complex produced as a result of Aboca’s research using a production technology that makes it possible to obtain a product containing no synthetic ingredients.

Warnings

Do not take the product if you have an allergy or individual hypersensitivity to one or more of the following raw materials from which the components of the product are derived: Avena sativa, Opuntia ficus indica, Amorphophallus konjac,Althea officinalis, Linum usatissimum, Tilia platyphyllos, Cichorium intybus, Stevia rebaudiana or Gum Arabic. There are no experimental data on the use of Metarecod in pregnant or breast-feeding women. However, due to the nature of its components, there are no contraindications to taking the product under these conditions. Please note that any instances of dysglycaemia, dyslipidaemia, excess weight or metabolic syndrome during in pregnancy should be treated under the supervision of a doctor. It is advised to consume the product at least two hours after taking any medications, to prevent any possible effect on the absorption of these. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry environment, away from heat sources and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date refers to the undamaged and correctly stored product.

INDICATIONS
Metarecod granule sachets are indicated in the following cases:

LDL Cholesterol levels ≥100 mg/dl or HDL Cholesterol levels < 40 mg/dl in males and < 50 mg/dl in females;
triglyceride levels ≥ 150 mg/dl;
fasting glucose levels >100 mg/dl (IFG) or impaired glucose tolerance (or reduced glucose tolerance) 140-199 mg/dl (IGT);
high abdominal circumference values, even in subjects of normal weight (≥ 94 cm in males ≥ 80 cm in females).

All of this can result in the alteration of the metabolic parameters typically associated with metabolic syndrome, a condition that occurs when there are three alterations present, including high blood pressure. This product targets the intestine, an organ that plays a major role in correctly managing the metabolism, and helps to rebalance these parameters, whether they occur in isolation or together. Metarecod granule sachets are indicated for adults and children aged 8 years and older.

DURATION OF TREATMENT
Although initial signs of improvement may be observed after the first month of therapy, it is advisable to take the product for at least 3 months. The treatment cycle may also be repeated several times over the course of the year.
