Instructions for use
Drink one cup of the herbal tea, even several times a day. To prepare the tea, pour boiling water (about 200 ml) into a cup with the filter sachet, taking care to cover the cup so that the more volatile aromatic substances won't be lost. Leave the filter sachet in the water for a few minutes. There is no need to add sugar since the formulation alone produces a pleasant-tasting herbal tea; it is preferable to use honey, if necessary.
