Fitonasal Concentrated Spray is a product that assists in clearing a blocked nose, helps fluidify and remove mucus from the nasal passages and promotes the normal regeneration of the mucosa. It has a biodegradable formula.
INDICATIONS
Fitonasal Concentrated Spray is a nasal spray indicated in cases of both acute and chronic congestion and irritation of the nasal cavities caused by colds, flu syndromes, allergies, rhinosinusitis and rhinitis from mechanical-obstructive causes (e.g. deviations of the nasal septum).
The product can be taken from 6 years of age.
HOW IT WORKS
It performs a physiological cleansing, decongestant and protective action through the following mechanisms of action:
- Balanced osmotic
Helps draw back water from congested tissues without causing irritation and dryness, through its balanced and standardised osmolality (750 mOsm/Kg). - Local astringent
It interacts aspecifically with certain inflammatory proteins found in the nasal fluid and enables their removal. - Barrier
It forms a film on the mucosa and protects it from contact with irritants, helping to maintain the integrity of the epithelial barrier. - Indirect action on reparative processes
Localised protection promotes the normal regeneration process of the mucosa, contributing to the reduction of micro-lesions in the nasal cavities resulting from colds, rhinitis and sinusitis. - Antioxidant
Reduces free radicals generated by inflammation of the mucosa. - Fluidifying
Promotes the hydration of mucus and facilitates its removal.
The formulation has a pleasant refreshing effect.
The production process uses a sterilising filtration system and takes place in a microbiologically controlled environment, ensuring product preservation.
Instructions for use
Dosage for adults and adolescents over 12 years: spray twice per nostril, blow your nose and repeat the procedure.
Dosage for children from 6 to 12 years: spray once per nostril, blow your nose and repeat the procedure.
Apply Fitonasal Concentrated Spray several times throughout the day, even at short intervals, and repeat before going to bed. After each use, clean the nozzle with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Fitonasal Concentrated Spray can be used frequently and for prolonged periods because it does not contain vasoconstricting decongestants, is non-addictive, does not irritate and does not dry out the mucosa. If Fitonasal Concentrated Spray is used in combination with nasally applied medications, it is recommended that the two products be administered at least 1 hour apart.
Composition
1 ml of product contains: 3.2 mg of Tannisal®-FL complex, containing Tannins and Flavonoids (LPME extractive fractions from Witch Hazel and Thyme - 3 mg), as well as Minerals (rock salt mined without the use of chemical treatment - 0.2 mg); Water; Vegetable glycerine; Natural Eucalyptus and Mint aromas.
One spray corresponds to approximately 0.14 ml.
The extractive fractions contained in the product are obtained through a technological process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction), developed by Aboca research.
Warnings
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components.
Use nasally only. Avoid contact with the eyes, wash with water if necessary. If symptoms persist, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
