Drying

For each vegetable portion, Aboca has defined exact drying procedures, based on the goals set for each plant. Drying, a totally computer-controlled process to guarantee repeatability and standardization, takes place in special ovens, with forced air cells having controlled humidity and temperature (between 40° and 60° c) and takes place in a time span ranging from 30 to 150 hours.
